LBS
175 lbs. – 3×5 – 5, 5, 5
These are, if anything, getting easier. Definitely getting an appropriate bounce, and it is noticeably less when I don’t set my lower back properly (as would make sense). Started to shorten my rest between sets in a hope to get my conditioning back to acceptable quicker. It’s still coming back quite rapidly, though, as these were easier than the ones at 155 lbs.

Five pound jumps. Ugh.
Tire Flips
220 lbs. tire (?) – 2 x 1.5 down and backs.
The paint is rubbing off the tire, so I *think* it’s a 220 lbs. tire, but I’m not sure. And I have no idea what units to use for these. I literally just went down and back in one section of the gym. Made it one and one-half length, took a thirty second to minute break, and then went the other one and a half lengths to put the tire back where it belongs.
And man, did these kick my ass. Other than the fact that my arms are ridiculously dirty now, these were a lot of fun. They do more for my endurance than the farmer’s walks do, so I’ll probably do farmer’s walks on Sundays and these on Thursdays.
