This was probably ill-advised because my tendon was upset because of the temp change, but it seems to have gone okay, and I have a two day break coming up. Will resume five pound jumps from here on out.

Press

135 (+0) – 3×5 – 5, 5, 3

It’s coming back, but slowly.

Deadlifts

135×3, 185×3, 225×3, 275×3, 305×3

When I press with my oly shoes on, my knee sometimes gets aggravated a little (causing the leg to unlock). But it hasn’t yet, and I thought it might be related to my new Rehband knee sleeves (one size smaller than my other pair). Figured I’d test it on these, and they went pretty well. Last time I tried these, I stopped at 275 because my knee was giving out. This time it didn’t have nearly as much movement as the last time at thirty pounds less. Might be worth trying a progression of DLs.
