Was surprised I wasn’t sore at all, until I was done with these.

Definitely should have started lower, but it should come back pretty okay. I don’t know if it has to do with how I’ve been studying (posture and what not), but my traps have been killing me enough to have a small impact on these. So I’ll have to break out the lacrosse ball.
